About us
Tallinn Pushkin Institute is a reputable European language center with the highest standards of teaching and education quality. We offer comprehensive individual and group Russian language courses for all levels taught by native speakers in accordance with the most innovative teaching methods. We are also one of the few Estonia-based institutions eligible to conduct Russian language proficiency tests and issue TORFL certificates.
The school is located in Tallinn city center, a place where almost 50% of population are Russian speakers, and only 5 minutes away from the famous medieval Old Town where we offer walking tours in both Russian and English languages.
Russian is one of the most spoken languages in the world. It is in the 6 most widely used lingua franca – “international” languages, along with English, French, Spanish, Chinese, and Arabic.

Tallinn Pushkin Institute is dedicated and committed to constructive activities for many years. The war has nothing to do with culture. It distorts our heritage, destroys lives and works, and takes away the future. The Pushkin Institute condemns the war and calls upon Russia to stop military intervention in Ukraine.
